Onguent found it's beginning in 1977 in N.E. PA. A group of crazy guys just wanting to rock. Founding members, Cubby, Wooly, Donnie and Brian have all reunited after these 30 years. We derived at the name Onguent from a plaque of an 1800's advertisement for hair and whisker ointment, which we thought appropriate as we were all into long hair! After these years, our hair may have shrunk, but our rock got bigger! (now don't go taking that the wrong way, we're referring to the music!)
